Where We Ship

Ofiso Solutions sells and ships within the United States only. We do not ship outside the United States or to P.O. Boxes.

Prices and Sales Tax

Unless a product listing states otherwise, product prices include design and printing but exclude applicable sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and is shown before you place your order.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping is 16% of the merchandise subtotal, plus applicable tax. Available shipping options and the complete order total are displayed at checkout before you place an order.

Production and Shipping Timing

Custom products move into production after artwork is approved. Artwork approved by 12:00 PM Pacific Time ships the next business day. Artwork approved after 12:00 PM Pacific Time adds one business day. Orders or artwork approvals received on Friday will be ready for pickup or ship on the following Monday. Production and transit times may be affected by file corrections, approval delays, carrier service, or circumstances outside Ofiso Solutions’ control.

San Gabriel Pickup

Pickup is available by appointment the next business day in San Gabriel, California, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Call or text 626-297-3613 to schedule and confirm your pickup time. Pickup orders are not released until the appointment has been confirmed.
