Online Store Orders

These terms apply to purchases placed through Ofiso Solutions’ online store. By placing an order, you confirm that the order details, delivery information, and artwork specifications you provide are accurate.

Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Unless a product listing states otherwise, prices include design and printing but exclude applicable sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and shown before you place an order. Payment is due in full at checkout unless Ofiso Solutions agrees otherwise in writing.

Shipping and Pickup

Ofiso Solutions sells and ships within the United States only. We do not ship outside the United States or to P.O. Boxes. Standard Shipping is 16% of the merchandise subtotal, plus applicable tax. Available shipping options and the complete order total are displayed at checkout before order placement.

Artwork approved by 12:00 PM Pacific Time ships the next business day. Approval after 12:00 PM Pacific Time adds one business day. Friday orders or artwork approvals are ready for pickup or ship the following Monday. San Gabriel pickup is available by appointment the next business day, 6:00–9:00 PM. Artwork Approval and Custom Production

We provide artwork proofs for approval when applicable. Your approval to print confirms that the files are approved and ready for production. You are responsible for customer-approved errors, including spelling, layout, sizing, color selection, and other file-content errors. Reprints required because of customer-approved artwork are at the customer’s expense.

Final Sale and Claims

Customized products are final sale. We do not accept buyer’s-remorse returns, exchanges, or cancellations after artwork has been approved for production. For a documented defective, damaged, or production-error claim, notify Ofiso Solutions in writing within five (5) calendar days of delivery and include your order number, a description, and supporting photos when applicable. Eligible claims may receive an Ofiso-selected reprint or refund. Failure to make a claim within five (5) calendar days constitutes a final and irrevocable waiver of that claim.

Marketing and Professional Services

Ofiso Solutions provides print, branding, digital marketing, advertising, content creation, event-management, and related professional services. The specific services, deliverables, fees, and timelines for non-store projects are set out in the applicable project proposal or written contract.

Client Responsibilities

To enable timely delivery, clients must provide the requested information, materials, approvals, access, and assets within agreed timeframes.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, intellectual property created by Ofiso Solutions remains the property of Ofiso Solutions. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved deliverables for their intended purpose. Each party will protect the other party’s confidential information.

Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, Ofiso Solutions’ liability for a claim is limited to the fees paid for the applicable order or project. Ofiso Solutions is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. These terms are governed by the laws of California.
