Terms and Conditions

Scope of Services:

Ofiso Solutions provides a range of marketing services, including but not limited to branding, digital marketing, advertising, content creation, and event management. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in the project proposal or contract agreed upon by both parties.

Client Responsibilities:

To ensure the success of our collaboration, you agree to provide Ofiso Solutions with all necessary information, materials, and access required to complete the agreed-upon scope of work. This includes timely feedback, approvals, and the provision of any necessary assets or data.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property, including but not limited to designs, content, and strategies, created by Ofiso Solutions during the course of our engagement remains the property of Ofiso Solutions, unless otherwise specified in the contract. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the intended purpose.

Confidentiality:

Ofiso Solutions and its employees will maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information provided by you during the course of our engagement. Similarly, you agree to keep any proprietary information about Ofiso Solutions’ processes, methodologies, and strategies confidential.

Fees and Payments:

The fees for Ofiso Solutions’ services will be outlined in the project proposal or contract. Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule, and late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the engagement with Ofiso Solutions by providing written notice, as specified in the contract. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for all fees and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.

Limitation of Liability:

Ofiso Solutions’ liability for any claims arising from our engagement will be limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific project or service. Ofiso Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions, as well as any disputes arising from our engagement, will be governed by the laws of California.
